1. Introductions, apologies and substitutions
1.1 The Chair welcomed everybody to the meeting. There were no apologies.
2. Inquiry into the Regeneration of Town Centres : Evidence Session
2.1 The Chair welcomed Martin Blackwell to the meeting. Members questioned the witness.
2.2Martin Blackwell agreed to provide further information on:
- Statistics on vacant units in Wales
3. Inquiry into the Regeneration of Town Centres : Evidence Session
2.1 The Chair welcomed Russell Greenslade and Juliet Luporini to the meeting. Members questioned the witnesses.
2.2 Russell Greenslade agreed to share a paper with the Committee on the scheme in Rotherham to encourage business in the town centre.
4. Inquiry into the Regeneration of Town Centres : Evidence Session
4.1 The Chair welcomed Siân Wilton and Andrew Godfrey to the meeting. Members questioned the witnesses.
4.2 Andrew Godfrey agreed to share a copy of the report on BIDS by the University of Ulster.
